Winton Land is adding to its existing plans in Wynyard Quarter with a new apartment block where prices will start at $5.4 million. The Villard is just part of the $750m plans Winton has for the Wynyard Quarter area. Others elements include refurbishments of offices and drystack boat parking (on Westhaven Drive) creating larger berths and better connections along and to the waterfront.
