Will reducing speed cut car use?

The Welsh Government has decided to reduce speeds in a bid to encourage people out of their cars. The default speed limit will be lowered to 20 miles per hour on residential roads in Wales in an effort to reduce traffic accidents and get residents to swap their cars for bikes or public transport.
