Train network CLOSED for testing

27 & 28 January 2026 the train network will be closed for the first full trial of the new post-City Rail Link timetable. This milestone test will help ensure reliable, seamless services from the first day of CRL opening. Bus replacements will be very busy, so Auckland Transport is asking commuters to plan their journeys and consider alternatives. Read more details below.
