Time of use charging for Auckland?

New York is the most recent city to implement congestion pricing and it's already been a success, will Auckland be next? Legislation to introduce time of use charging is currently making its way through parliament, with the government hoping to pass it by the end of the year. How will the select committee deal with the major issues with the bill - such as the government giving itself control of the design of scheme and revenue raised by it. Greater Auckland take a closer look at all the issues and Auckland Transport have released their latest work studying the impacts of a congestion charging scheme.
