With growing uncertainty as to the future of the Skypath, Bike Auckland is calling for a lane on the Auckland Harbour Bridge to be converted for cycling, for a three-month trial period over summer. They will be holding a rally on Sunday 30th May to galvanize support. NZ Herald takes a look at the arguments and concludes that a bike lane on the bridge could help reduce emissions.
