Redevelopment plans for NZ Bus site

The proposal was referred to the government's fast-track consenting regime and a substantive application was lodged with the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) on October 22 2026. There are two options - one featuring 5 new office/commercial buildings, the other substitutes one commercial building with an indoor electricity substation and a data centre.
