New Ride & Save calculator

At current prices, driving is around 30% more expensive than it was earlier this year. Ride & Save is a free, NZ focused online calculator that shows commuters exactly how much money they would save by using active transport, such as cycling, walking or scootering, instead of driving. The bike vs car calculator is based on fuel consumption data from NZTA fleet vehicles and onboard monitoring of 600,000 vehicles published by the European Commission.
