The Innovation Precinct is an area that was identified in the Waterfront Plan, and was designated for commercial development. The third and final stage has now started and it will deliver three new buildings and refurbish the existing Halsey Traders building. Precinct Properties is working with award-winning architects Warren & Mahoney, and the project is due for completion in 2025.
